Fair & Predetermined Fee Structure

Unless there are agreed upon services provided before closing, our fee will be on the closing statement and paid by one side or the other. The amount of that fee is predetermined and based on the size and complexity of the deal.

  • Do you work with the buyer or the seller?

    We work with both, although we prefer to work with the seller and will only accept a fee from one side of the transaction. We have an extensive list of qualified buyers that we stay in touch with, so when the opportunities arise, we can match up the right candidates to the store.

  • Do you help with the valuation of the business?

    Absolutely, but we do enlist outside industry leaders in this field when need be.

  • Do you help with partnership agreements?

    We do, whether it's putting them together or helping in the dissolution, we have experience in both.

  • How is the legal side of the deal handled? Do you provide a lawyer?

    We only get involved in deals where both parties retain counsel during the process. We have worked with some of the best lawyers and are more than happy to suggest one when asked.
